I find the dragging to be a little finicky, especially on iPhones with smaller screens, but that's consistent with my long-standing complaint about home screen management - I wish Apple offered a more precise method than dragging. You'll get a window of the widgets in the stack that you can re-order by dragging you can also delete widgets from within a stack. Add and Edit lists directly from Home Screen. FEATURES: - Create unlimited To Do lists. (If you don't see To Do in the widget selection menu, close the app and reopen it.) Repeat if you want to add more widgets. Search for To Do or scroll down to find it, pick the widget you want to add, and select + Add Widget. Follow these 3 simple steps to get started: 1. Set up To Do widgets Long press on any empty space on your home screen, then select + to open the widgets menu. Reordering a Smart Stack is simply a matter of long-pressing on the Smart Stack and selecting Edit Stack from the subsequent drop-down menu. iPhone Create unlimited To Do lists and add to your Home Screen. (Calendar appointments appearing at the start of the day, for example, or the Maps widget surfacing when you're away from home.) The Home app offers widgets that you can add below the clock on an iPhone Lock Screen but they cannot be added to the topmost widget box. Presumably, widgets at the top of the list are given greater priority, though widgets may also appear at certain times of the day and in certain places, based on your activity. The one I've chiefly used up to this point is the ability to re-order Smart Stacks - that is, change the order in which widgets cycle through in a Smart Stack collection.
